01.11.2020 Furiosa X Plastic Plants: Seedlings
First out-of-town gig this year! And a special one for Furiosa being it’s first gig in Quezon. 6 bands are coming in from Manila and 6 bands from other places to make up the massive 12-band line up.
Expect the hard-hitting sounds of AlienMonk and the noise vacuum of The Rave Tapes and Polar Lows to keep the neighbors from sleeping. Populardays and Cinema Lumiere will bring the sweet melodies.
From the other end, Noa Mal brings her low-key swagger and song-writing while Turnocoats are bringing their low-fi and slightly slacker garage sound all the way from Baguio to the city.
I’m really happy about the budding music community outside of Manila. The Lucena scene has been on my radar ever since local hardcore/punk bands started playing there some time this year andI’m really excited about how the other bands will sound. See you there!
