"My Midori" Single by spacedog spacecat

Another band from Catshelf Records’ diverse roster of talent just released a single and accompanying music video and what better way to introduce themselves than with a mosh-starter. My Midori by spacedog spacecat takes some of the dance-y genes of surf/slacker rock and turns it up a notch with the simple and singable lyrics, mosh-inducing chorus, and indie rock solo. The music video brings feelings of pre-lockdown joy with your typical drinking and karaoke session with friends singing along to a self-aware song. Is a lyric video in the works?

In their own words:

Spacedog Spacecat is RJ Mabilin (The Axel Pinpin Propaganda Machine) and Jam Lorenzo (The Geeks) playing indie rock with an ever-revolving cast of friends.

“My Midori” is SDSC singing about alcoholism and the accompanying struggles within. The music video features guest appearances from different bands under Catshelf Records including Cinema Lumiere, Megumi Acorda, the Exsenadors, and more.
