After a few years, The Buildings finally release their sophomore album - Heaven is a Long Exhale! Featuring the band's penchant to make infectious melodies and guitar riffs, the album explores more experimentation in soundscapes featuring mid-song genre changes and additional instruments. The album features the band's maturation in the songwriting department - featuring Mariah's signature vocals with more imagery-provoking lyricism. It makes for a great compliment to their angst-dripping debut album and is definitely a worthwhile listen.
